Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers

The last thing I expected was to get a giant bolt in my tire on the way home from work 🙈 but here I was. The service at Jack Williams was super quick and friendly. They fixed me up in no time and I even got to keep the bolt! LOL thanks so much Manny and everyone at Jack Williams!

Update: Apparently, they don't even read the reviews and just respond with canned messages to the star ratings 🤷‍♂️ It seems Jack Williams (affiliated with Mavis Discount Tire) does Tesla tire rotations however, they were out of pucks because the mechanic 'forgot' to take them off another Tesla when the service was completed. That's pretty egregious TBH and it makes me wonder if there is another Tesla out there where the pucks may fall of and roll into the battery compartment causing damage while being driven on the highway.

Have gotten multiple services done there, new tires, oil change, check engine, etc. All services have come out to a very reasonable and fair prices and they do everything they can to make it fair. They do great work and I trust their judgement and decisions on my car entirely. Great group of guys who work there. Highly recommend them for any car issues you may come across!!!

I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The service advisor was courteous and asked the reason for my visit. He said he could take care of it right away. He removed the tire from the trunk and said it would be done shortly. The repair was done quickly and professionally. All around an excellent experience. Highly recommend this facility!

Great service! Had 2 flats after hours. Dope my car and it was done the next morning.
